Wayne Nichols

Wayne presents "This is Now" every Saturday morning between 10am and 12 Noon, a combination of current single and album tracks along with pre-releases and unsigned/ minor label tunes. He has been a member of Radio Wey since 1999 and is a professional DJ.

Wayne has a City & Guilds Qualification in Radio & Journalism which he acquired whilst at BBC Southern Counties Radio whilst there in 2000/1. Wayne has also been our Secretary, Treasurer, Fund Raising Officer & Programme Controller.

He is a HUGE fan of LIVE music of ALL GENRES, a regular at Guilfest, Reading, Isle of Wight, Lovebox festivals, can be found frequently at local venues turning an ear, so if you are connected to a Local Band or Venue and want a Plug, Wayne is your man!
