As well as match previews and first half reports, there will be live and exclusive second half commentary from the top game of the day, and depending on the fixtures, reports from some of the other clubs too.
Time to introduce the Sportscene Team who take turns to present the programme each week. They are Simon Bode, Pete Bray, Andy Brown, James Friend, Graham Ungless, Stuart Jones, Terry Ryan and Tim Mitchell.
The studio team is expertly backed up by our roving reporters Brian Mott, Clive Stevens, Nick Calvert, Roger Dix, Stuart Moore, Ben O’Connor, and Pat Stovell. This team have followed local football for more years than they care to remember. Sufficient to say it’s well over the three figures!
This means that we are sometimes able to bring you reports from five or six local games, which can’t even be matched by our local radio stations.
So for the best coverage in local football, it has to be Radio Wey and Saturday Sportscene from 2.15pm. Don’t miss it.
