Roger Manley

Roger joined Hospital Radio Wey way back in 1972. Born in Ealing, Roger has previously worked on Hospital Radio at Queen Mary’s Hospital, where he volunteered between 1976 and 1982.

Roger also sat on the National Executive Committee of the Hospital Broadcasting Association between 1983 and 1999, was general secretary for 10 years and edited the newsletter ‘On Air’ between 1983 and 1988.

He lists his most memorable Hospital Radio Wey moment as meeting Cliff Richard at our studio opening in 1989 and his hobbies include trams, trains, travel and photography.

Roger is to be heard presenting the Mid Morning Mix every Sunday.
