National Hospital Radio Awards 2012
The team at the station have entered eleven entries for these annual awards. Five have made the shortlists.

In the past, Radio Wey has participated and been successful at these awards. Two years ago, we have received the Gold Award for Best Specialist Music programme with the Blues Session presented by Martin Clarke and the Silver Award for Best Newcomer with Steven Bews and we were on the shortlist for the Special Event Award with a programme prepared by Jon Andrews in association with Woking Mind. Last year, we were on the shortlist again for Best Specialist Music programme with the Blues Session.
For 2012, five of our entries have made the shortlists - only one more station has more entries on the shortlists so we are delighted. Scroll down on the right hand side of the player to see all the entries and then select the one you want to hear again
The five entries on the short list are:

At the end of January 2012, we found five of our entries made the short lists and we will hear if they are successful at the end of March 2012 at the National Awards Ceremony
