Regular Radio Wey listener Des Fogg contacted Radio Wey presenters Jonathan Creaser and Dave Smith during a Monday evening programme and set a wager of £40 if ten or more listeners sent in requests during the 9 - 11pm slot AND if we played Johnny Cash's "Ring of Fire"... During the programme a total of 16 requests were received and Ring of Fire was duly played! One of the requests came from Ray who was listening online from Hampton, Middlesex - He asked for "Perfect Day" by Lou Reed. Des contacted the studio and said that he would donate a further £5 if the presenters sang along with the chorus of Perfect Day - this task was completed just before the end of the programme at 11pm!
