Meet the team . . . .
David Humber
David presents the weekly Radio Wey Classical Concert and is also part of the Friday night Newsroom team. By his own confession he is not overly familiar with pop music and says ‘it can be embarrassing when you are asked for a song at, say, an outside event and you have no idea how to pronounce the title!’

By day, David was a clerk in Crown Courts in London, and is now fully retired. A member of HRW since 1986, his hobbies include walking, collecting coins and ‘messing about on computers’.
David has also appeared on BBC Radio Solent, where he had a three-minute weekly slot announcing rambling programmes. ‘I actually got paid for that, which was a welcome change!’ says David. His favourite music changes week by week he says, but Beethoven is always a safe bet for his record of choice.
