INTERESTED IN JOINING US?

Do you have any free time to spare and enjoy the thought of entertaining others, some of whom are less fortunate than yourself? Then why not join our team. If you are interested in visiting the wards of your local hospital collecting requests, helping out with outside broadcasts or presenting and producing programmes, Radio Wey could be that you are seeking.

You will need to complete an application form. We do get many applications and we will contact suitable candidates for an interview. If you are successful after the interview, you will go through a four week probationary period. This gives you an opportunity to see what we offer as well as for us to determine your suitability to the roles we require at the station.

If you meet our needs and show the commitment, we would ask you to join the station and then training and coaching will be provided to develop your skills further. Above all, you should enjoy yourself by helping others and giving something worthwhile back to the community.
