Meet the team . . . .
Brian Mott
Brian is a true Hospital Radio Wey veteran, and has been with the station since 1973. Never having broadcast before, he remembers how is was something of a baptism of fire back then! ‘You were thrown in at the deep end in those days’ he says ‘– they said “There’s the mic – get on with it!”‘

In his spare time Brian enjoys bowling, badminton and caravanning, and can often be seen towing the Radio Wey outside broadcast unit to one of our many community events.
Brian’s favourite music is military band, but he says he likes almost everything else as well. Brian presents ‘It’s country!’ on Thursday evenings, and presents his well informed comments for our outside broadcast matches on the Sportscene programme nearly every Saturday.
