BREAST CANCER CARE CHALLENGE . . .

AMDPHOTOGRAPHY; Belle Du Jour Bridal & Evening Wear, The Professional Beauty and Tanning Salon, Let’s Party Event organisers and Nuala du Costa Professional make up and Hair artist (PINK PERFECTIONIST)  have joined together to raise vital funds for Breast Cancer Care. Together they have entered into the 12 month Platinum Challenge and are hoping to raise awareness and well over £5000.

Every day over 100 people are diagnosed with breast cancer in the UK. Over 41,000 women and almost 300 men are diagnosed with breast cancer every year. Breast Cancer Care is the UK’s leading provider of information,practical assistance and emotional support for anyone affected by breast cancer. All the services Breast Cancer Care offer are FREE. Without ”YOUR” help none of this would be possible.

The PINK PERFECTIONIST 5 - will be holding many different “PINK PERFECT” monthly charity events through out 2008 with all the proceeds from the day being donated to their “PINK PERFECT” 12 month BREAST CANCER CARE challenge. To reach over their target they will be holding a “PINK PERFECT “ Fashion Show towards the end of 2008 and hope to receive the support from many other local retailers in Staines, Ashford and surrounding areas.

BUT FIRST….To start the campaign AMDPHOTOGRAPHY will be lauching 2 new PHOTOGRAPHY ranges.

INTIMATE BOUDOIR SHOOTS which are becoming very big here in the UK and TRASH THE DRESS shoots which not many people have heard off but is an exciting & different photographic creation. Boudoir is about creating classy sexy modern portraits of woman. It’s about creating confident images of woman and displaying you looking beautiful. Whether you are celebrating a special birthday like your 21st, 30th or 40th these are great markers in life and a chance in the future to reflect on how you were and how you felt at that time? Or if you are getting married or celebrating an anniversary or expecting a child the boudoir Intimate albums make great gifts for your husband to be or your loved one.

Intimate ‘boudoir’ photography gives you that chance: a private session with a female photographer who has experience of life and shares our concerns for wanting the images to portray the beautiful….. sexy….. fun….. dramatic….. sensual….. intimate….. YOU!

WHERE WILL THIS INTIMATE BOUDOIR CHARITY EVENT BE HELD? AMDPHOTOGRAPHY will be holding a CHARITY INTIMATE BOUDOIR SESSION at THE PROFESSIONAL BEAUTY & TANNING SALON IN WOODLANDS PARADE, FELTHAM HILL ROAD ASHFORD they have kindly gave their time of their top staff and the use of their salon free of charge.

THE CHARITY BOUDOIR SESSION WILL BE HELD ON: FRIDAY 22nd FEBRUARY 2008 at THE PROFFESSIONAL BEAUTY & TANNING SALON, WOODLANDS PARADE, ASHFORD, TW15 1QD.

ALL SESSIONS BOOKED ARE BY APPOINTMENT ONLY!! And the cost for the session on this charity day is just £40.00 (with this entire fee being donated to the Breast Cancer Awareness campaign). The fee will include a telephone consultation prior to the event; A private photographic session with Anna-marina of AMDPHOTOGRAPHY and a FREE ART PRINT. Secondly the next charity event will be an exciting photographic experience brought to Staines by AMDPHOTOGRAPHY.

There is a new product in the AMDPHOTOGRAPHY range. The latest rage amongst brides in America is crossing over the pond to us here in the UK. “Trash the Dress” Brides are using their wedding gowns in high fashion-style photography shoots.

Trash the Dress - It’s about creating unique Art and Memories for brides who want a little more NON-TRADITIONAL photo shoot. AMDPHOTOGRAPHY is creating photos of a lifetime!! With many Brides seeking to get as far away as possible from the traditional world of posed wedding photographs.

A Trash the Dress shoot typically takes place after the wedding - maybe the next day, or maybe after the honeymoon or even years after being married.

Many take place at the beach, or at some outdoor location that is special to the couple and can often feature the bride lying on the ground, jumping around in leaves, rolling in mud, dancing on wasteland or wading in the sea - all in her wedding dress.

Where to Trash The Dress? Many locations in Surrey make great backdrops for your TRASH THE DRESS session and believe it or not ugly places like industrial areas, scrap yards, derelict houses also make good places for TTD shoots because they contrast with a beautiful bride. If you’re a bit of a tom boy then climbing a tree in the woods or using the children’s play area in the local park can make for quirky and different shots. I've even seen some great pictures taken in a cemetery!

AMDPHOTOGRAPHY will be holding monthly Charity Photo Sessions though out 2008 (With the entire session fee being donated to the campaign). They have also added an “PINK PERFECT” 2008” custom Album just for the BREAST CANCER CARE CHALLENGE (AMDPHOTOGRAPHY will also be donating 10% to the campaign for every Custom “PINK PERFECT” Photo album that is ordered). As well as working her way up one of the 10K runs organised by BREAST CANCER CARE!

BELLE DU JOUR will be offering PINK PIN BADGES in their Bridal shop on Church Street Staines and at the many Wedding Fairs that they are taking part in this year. They will also be opening their doors on selected dates in 2008 for Charity Bridal evenings where the brides2be can pop in and be welcomed with a glass of wine and will be able to view Wedding; Bridesmaids and Mother of the bride’s dresses in a relaxed stress free envoirment. And to add to the campaign they have taken the time to create an “” Bridal dress and a special PINK PERFECT accessory just for the BREAST CANCER CARE CHALLENGE 2008. (Belle Du Jour will be donating 10% to the campaign for every Belle Du Jour “PINK PERFECT” product purchased in 2008).

THE PROFESSIONAL TANNING AND BEAUTY SALON will be allowing use of their beauty rooms for charity portrait sessions at no charge. As well as selling PINK PIN BADGES to their customers they will select a product where a percentage of sales takings go to the campaign. The staff are keen to join in as many fund raising events as possible,! And will be working there way up to one of the 10K runs organised by BREAST CANCER CARE!

LETS PARTY – will be offering the campaign special “PINK PERFECT” BALOONS. (Let’s Party will donate 10% of all “PINK PERFECT” Baloons purchased in 2008.
